Exhibit Booth Details

  • $2,500 + HST per booth
  • 8’ x 10’ exhibit space containing one draped table and two chairs
  • 8’ back drapes and 3’11” side drapes
  • One 1500 watt duplex (120 volt) electrical receptacle
  • Two breakfast tickets provided per booth
  • Two luncheon tickets provided per booth
  • Discounted registration rates for exhibit staff (1 per booth)

Exhibit space and location and/or partnership will be confirmed upon receipt of the signed contract and credit card deposit representing 50% of the total cost of contracted exhibit space and/or partnership. The balance for the exhibit space and/or partnership is due within 30 days of the invoice date or no later than March 13, 2020 whichever comes first. Full payment is required for exhibit space and/or partnership contracts received after March 13, 2020. RPIC reserves the right to cancel any exhibit space and/or partnership not paid in full by March 13, 2020. 

Exhibit and Partner Cancellation Policy: Once an exhibit space and/or partnership invoice has been issued, cancellation of any or all of the exhibit space and/or partnership requested before April 20, 2020 shall entitle the Real Property Institute of Canada to a cancellation fee of 25% of the exhibit and/or partnership value for which cancellation is requested. Cancellation will not be permitted after April 20, 2020. The exhibitor and/or partner will be responsible after that date for the full amount of the exhibit and/or partnership value and any collections therewith as reasonably determined by the Real Property Institute of Canada. Notification of cancellation must be received by the Real Property Institute of Canada in written form.
