2013 Real Property National Workshop
Collaborative Solutions: Together is Better!
November 5-7, 2013 at the Ottawa Convention Centre
55 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, ON
The Real Property Institute of Canada (RPIC), fresh off celebrating its silver anniversary in Montréal, Québec, is back in bustling Ottawa for the 26th edition of its Real Property National Workshop. This bustling environment is appropriate for the theme of this year's Workshop. “Bustling” conjures up imagery of movement, movement with purpose, movement that's committed to change.
Change isn't easy! It can be hard to get that ball moving, especially in an environment where you may not have the resources you had at your disposal before. Fortunately, we don't have to and shouldn't be tackling that ball alone. We are part of a large, capable community with tools and ideas and partners willing to help...Together We’re Better!
The Workshop will consist of a Professional Development Day that will offer in-depth training (November 5) and a two-day Symposium (November 6-7) that will feature: upwards of 20 sessions delivered by industry experts, including the ever-popular Ask the Expert and ADM Panel Discussion sessions; a tradeshow that will bring innovative services, products and tools to the community's attention; and, our Gala Evening and Awards Ceremony where we will shine the spotlight on the achievements of our colleagues in the real property community. All nomination categories are now open for submissions.
The first step towards getting somewhere is to decide that you are not going to stay where you are – J. P. Margan
Take that first step and get the ball rolling, mark your calendars and join your colleagues and industry professionals in Ottawa this November.
For up-to-date information as the program develops, watch for RPIC's eZINE and bookmark RPIC's website. This is going to be an RPIC event you won't want to miss!
See you in November!
