Leadership has placed a significant new demand on office space: the organization’s connection catalyst. But what that means and how to achieve desired outcomes is often opaque and contradictory. The limited nature of traditional workplace data sources (e.g., sensors, badge swipes, and pulse surveys) adds to the challenge of making meaningful data-driven decisions.
