RPIC’s mission is to support you, the federal real property community, by providing quality, relevant, and timely professional development that fosters leadership, knowledge exchange and lifelong learning. We do this to support you in roles as strategic partners and critical enablers to advance broader socio-economic objectives in the delivery of programs and services to Canadians.
As part of our ongoing commitment to you, RPIC is launching a Training Needs Survey to better understand your, the real property community’s, professional development needs. The survey will be live from October 23, 2024, until January 31, 2025, and should take between 10 – 15 minutes to complete.
Participants who complete the survey have the option to provide their email address to be entered into prize draw for a chance to win a free registration to a 2025 RPIC professional development event.
Your input matters – the feedback collected will help shape RPIC’s future professional development programming.
The survey is now completed. A session at the RPIC 2025 National Summit will present a briefing on the results, offering the first look at the key knowledge areas and development priorities identified across the federal real property community.

About the Survey
The survey has been developed specifically for the real property community by RPIC, TDV Global Inc. and Esri Canada, and in consultation with Statistics Canada. The survey focuses on participants’ self-assessment of their current competencies, skills, knowledge and learning styles.
The survey will remain open from October 23, 2024, until January 31, 2025.
