Building on the success of the inaugural 2025 event, the RPIC 2026 National Summit, held October 27–29, 2026, brought together professionals from across the federal real property community for three days of learning, collaboration, and connection.

The Summit welcomed federal leaders, influencers, decision-makers, technical and functional heads, managers, delivery teams, and public and private sector professionals. Attendees had the opportunity to exchange knowledge, explore emerging priorities and best practices, strengthen existing partnerships, and build new relationships across the real property community.

The 2026 Summit continued RPIC’s integrated approach by bringing together the focus areas of several previously independent events, including the Real Property National Workshop, Real Property Greening and Sustainability Workshop, Federal Contaminated Sites Workshop, and Forum on the Workplace, into one comprehensive national gathering.

Throughout the Summit, participants took part in high-quality learning sessions and heard from dynamic keynote speakers, Sophie Grégoire Trudeau and Cadmus Delorme, while engaging with timely issues shaping the federal real property landscape. The event also featured the annual RPIC Awards, speed mentoring, a lively vendor exhibition, and numerous opportunities for attendees to network and connect with colleagues and peers from across the country.
