The 2025 Real Property Awards of Excellence Presentation took place on November 26, 2025, during the RPIC 2025 National Summit – Connecting Communities: Advancing Real Property Excellence.

A signature session of the Summit, the awards ceremony featured inspiring keynote remarks from Annie Boudreau, Comptroller General of Canada, Anne Kelly, Commissioner of the Correctional Service of Canada, and Michael Mills, Associate Deputy Minister at Public Services and Procurement Canada (speaking on behalf of Deputy Minister Arianne Reza).
